NO SUGAR ALCOHOLS

Every snack drawer
comes with a compromise.

Indulgent or honest. Functional or real. Crave-worthy or clean.
The aisle keeps asking you to pick a side. We refused.

OPTION 1. CHOCOLATE

Indulgent. Forgettable on the body.

"Treat yourself."

OPTION 2. STANDARD PROTEIN BAR

Functional. Quietly betraying you.

"All the macros. None of the real food."

OPTION 3. WHOLE-FOODS BAR

Honest.
Nobody craves it.

"All real. No reason to reach for it."

Feasted is the first one that doesn't ask you to choose.

Real food. Real protein. Real chocolate coating.

Built from cocoa, dates, peanuts, flaxseed, plant protein, and cocoa butter. Real chocolate, no compound coatings. Nothing artificial, no sugar alcohols.

Date paste

Whole-food sweetness. The fibre stays where the sugar lives.

Cocoa & cocoa butter

Real chocolate, made from cocoa beans — not a chocolate-flavoured coating.

Chicory root fibre

A plant fibre. That's it. Adds 9.5g per bar — close to a third of the fibre you need in a day.

Almonds

Real almonds — the costly ingredient most bars skip. Here for the bite and the richness.

Flaxseed

Whole flaxseed. Quiet fibre and a nutty backbone.

Pea + brown rice protein

A complete plant protein blend — pea brings lysine, rice brings methionine.

Bacillus coagulans

A heat-stable bacterial spore that survives baking.

Monkfruit

A natural sweetener and a superfood, used sparingly to round off the finish. Plant-derived.

1,000+ hours of formulation.
Zero shortcuts.

Most protein and snack bars start with cost and work backwards. We started with real food and worked forwards.

We asked a different question: how do you make a bar from dates, cocoa and plant protein that tastes like the snack you actually want to eat?

Dates and monk fruit for sweetness. Pea and brown rice protein, plus flaxseed, for protein and fibre. Almonds and peanuts for richness and bite. Cocoa butter and coconut oil for texture. Every ingredient earns its place. Nothing's there because it's cheap.

The result is pure indulgence with zero compromise.

There's a bigger idea behind the bar. We call it Conscious Snacking.

The 3pm bar you actually plan for.

Feasted is the bar you reach for every day. Before the gym. After the school run. Between meetings. Whenever you need something that tastes good and keeps you going.

Built with protein, fibre and real food, it's made to nourish as much as satisfy.

Because the food you choose every day should do more than fill a gap. It should earn its place in your routine.

"It's the small daily choices, repeated, that add up. Feasted is built to be one you don't have to think twice about."

Two bars.
Equally indulgent.
Equally honest.

I'm a scientist. I read ingredient lists for a living.

I'm a Stanford certified nutritionist and research scientist, and I've spent years looking closely at ingredients and formulations.Too many snack and protein bars are packed with artificial sweeteners, sugar alcohols and heavily processed ingredients.

I wanted something better — a bar made with real food, plant protein and fibre that still tasted indulgent.

So I created Feasted. A bar built on ingredients I trust, and one I'm proud to eat every day.

Why I built Feasted →

Read the back.
Then read ours.

Every "no added sugar" claim.
Every "high protein" promise.
Every "healthy" badge.
The back of the pack tells a different story.

"No added sugar"

Translation: maltitol, erythritol or xylitol. Sugar alcohols aren't technically sugar — so the claim is legal. It just isn't the whole truth.

"Healthy"

A word with no fixed meaning on a wrapper. It survives a sweetener list as long as your arm. "Healthy" tells you what the brand wants you to feel — not what's inside.

"Real chocolate"

Almost always a compound coating — palm or other vegetable fats standing in for cocoa butter, with sugar to compensate. Not chocolate. Just brown.

"Plant-based"

Plant-based, until you read the fat list. Sunflower, soybean, rapeseed: plants, yes — but not the ones you'd reach for in your own kitchen. Bulk oils that make the maths work, dressed up as wholesome.

"High protein"

The number on the front is real. The source behind it often isn't the kind you'd choose — a cheap isolate, bulked to hit the figure. The headline's honest. The ingredient list tells the rest.

"Clean ingredients"

Fifteen lines on the label, half of them in brackets — and somehow it's "clean." If you need a pharmacology degree to read it, it isn't.

The science of indulgence.

Every ingredient is here for a reason — not for the label.

N° 01 · FIBRE

Built to satisfy. Not just sweeten.

Most "no added sugar" bars lean on sugar alcohols and artificial sweeteners to replace sugar. We don't. Feasted uses chicory root fibre, flaxseed and naturally sweetened ingredients to deliver 9g of fibre per bar — fibre being one of the most overlooked nutrients in modern diets.

WHAT DOES THE WORK

  • Chicory root fibre — a natural plant fibre
  • Golden flaxseed — fibre and plant-based omega-3
  • 9g fibre per bar — around a third of the recommended 30g a day
  • Zero sugar alcohols — no maltitol, erythritol or xylitol

N° 02 · SATISFACTION

Sweetness that works harder.

Many snacks give you a quick hit and little else. Feasted is built differently. We sweeten with dates and pair them with plant protein, fibre and the fats from nuts and seeds — so it eats like a treat, not a shortcut.

WHAT DOES THE WORK

  • Dates — natural, whole-food sweetness
  • 12g plant protein
  • 9g fibre
  • Nuts and seeds — texture, flavour and richness

N° 03 · BETWEEN MEALS

Built to satisfy a craving — not replace a meal.

Feasted brings together plant protein, fibre and the fats from nuts and seeds. A 50g bar isn't a meal replacement; it's the bridge between meals when you want something indulgent that also nourishes.

WHAT DOES THE WORK

  • 12g plant protein — pea and brown rice
  • 9g fibre — dates, chicory root fibre and flaxseed
  • Nuts and seeds — fats and texture
  • No artificial sweeteners — real-food sweetness from dates and monk fruit

N° 04 · REAL FOOD FATS

Ingredients you recognise.

Many bars lean on highly refined oils for texture and shelf life. We take a different route. Feasted's richness comes from real cocoa butter and a touch of coconut oil, with nuts and seeds for a more wholesome source of fats.

WHAT DOES THE WORK

  • Real cocoa butter — naturally part of real chocolate
  • Coconut oil — texture and richness
  • Peanuts and almonds — fats from whole foods
  • Cocoa — for real chocolate flavour and depth

Made with the standards you set for your kitchen.

If you've spent the last decade learning to read labels, you already know the trick: most "high-protein" snacks pass the front of pack and fail the back. Feasted is built for the person who flips the box over.

  • High in fibre. 9g a bar, from dates, chicory root and flaxseed.
  • 12g of plant protein, the kind your body uses, not the kind that just runs up the number.
  • Real-food ingredients you'd recognise from your own pantry. No artificial fillers.
  • Sweetened with dates and monk fruit. No artificial sweeteners, no sugar alcohols.
  • A snack you can hand to your kids without re-reading the back panel.

I picked up the Cookie Dough bar expecting the usual chalky protein bar experience, but it was anything but. The texture was soft, indulgent and genuinely satisfying. I also like that it's made with recognisable ingredients and actually keeps me full until dinner.

I've tried a lot of "healthy" snack bars and most of them leave me wanting something sweet afterwards. Feasted didn't. The Cherry flavour felt like a proper dessert and I love that it contains protein and fibre rather than just empty calories. Also it was surprising that it was made from ingredients that I can find in my kitchen (very surprising!)

The first thing I noticed was the ingredient list. Dates, nuts, cocoa and fibre-rich ingredients make a refreshing change from the ultra-processed bars I usually see. It tastes indulgent while still feeling like a smarter choice. It really is going to be my go-to snack bar and when ever I feel like a chocolate. Never knew chocolate can be made with food ingredients we recognise.

I keep one in my desk drawer for the afternoon slump. The Cookie Dough flavour has become my favourite because it satisfies that biscuit craving without sending me looking for another snack an hour later. The combination of protein and fibre definitely makes a difference and I eat without guilt most importantly.

Cherry and dark chocolate is one of my favourite combinations, so I had high expectations for Molten Cherry Bliss. It absolutely delivered. Rich, indulgent and surprisingly filling. It feels more like a premium chocolate bar than a protein bar.I was surprised how tasty I was!

What impressed me most was that it doesn't taste like a typical protein bar. It's indulgent, naturally sweet and made from ingredients I know. I've started using it as a best alternative to my usual mid-afternoon chocolate fix.I don't have chocolate cravings with Feasted bar anymore.

I usually snack on nuts, dates and raisins throughout the day, but I often end up eating far more than I intended. Feasted gives me that same satisfaction in one convenient bar. The fact that it contains protein and fibre while still tasting like a treat is what stood out for me.I cant believe its just 199 calories, I can keep my calories in check.

As someone who tries to eat more whole foods, I really appreciated the ingredient quality. The Cherry flavour was rich and indulgent, and I liked that the sweetness comes from dates rather than artificial sweeteners. It's become my go-to snack when I want something sweet after lunch.

Most protein bars taste like they're punishing you for wanting a snack, so my expectations weren't high. The Molten Cherry — cherry and dark chocolate together — is more like a dessert than a bar.The Cookie Bites I barely got a go at. My son got to them first, and we ended up splitting them at the kitchen counter. He's already asking when more are coming. We went through them faster than I'd like to admit.

I've tried plenty of plant-based protein bars and most leave an artificial aftertaste. Feasted was completely different. The Cookie Dough flavour was soft, satisfying and genuinely enjoyable. It kept me full for hours and felt more like real food than a supplement.I don't like cherry based foods at all but molten cherry chocolate has changed this for me. Both the flavours are my go to.

The honest answers.

Why FEASTED?

Because the protein-bar aisle keeps asking you to choose: indulgent or honest, functional or real. Most bars lean on sugar alcohols, artificial sweeteners and seed oils to land a clean front of pack, while the back tells a different story. Feasted doesn't. It's real chocolate over a date-sweetened centre, with 12g of plant protein, high in fibre, and nothing artificial. Real food, real chocolate, real protein, all at once.

What's actually in a FEASTED bar?

The whole list, in order: date paste, chicory root fibre, real chocolate (cocoa mass, coconut sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla), pea protein isolate, brown rice protein, peanut paste, coconut oil, rice syrup, golden flaxseed, lecithin, reduced-fat cocoa powder, cocoa butter, natural flavouring, bacillus coagulans, salt and monk fruit. Molten Cherry also has freeze-dried sour cherry. Per 50g bar: 12g plant protein, 9g fibre (8g in Cookie Dough), around 199 calories, and about 12g of sugar, most of it from the dates with a small amount from the chocolate.

Is there added sugar? How is it sweetened?

We sweeten mainly with dates, which are whole fruit, plus a little monk fruit. The real chocolate also contains a small amount of coconut sugar and rice syrup, which is why a bar has around 12g of sugar, most of it from the dates. What you won't find: artificial sweeteners, or sugar alcohols like maltitol, erythritol or xylitol. We'd rather tell you exactly what's in it than hide behind a "0g" claim that needs an asterisk.

Is it high in fibre?

Yes. Each bar is high in fibre, 9g in Molten Cherry and 8g in Cookie Dough, which is roughly a third of the 30g a day most of us are told to aim for. It comes from real food: chicory root fibre, golden flaxseed and the dates themselves. There are no sugar alcohols. One honest note: if you're new to fibre-rich snacks, start with a single bar, as a lot of fibre in one go can have a laxative effect.

Allergens — what should I know?

Both bars contain peanuts. They're made in a facility that also handles soy and tree nuts, so they aren't suitable for anyone with a peanut, nut or soy allergy. Both are vegan and contain no gluten ingredients. As with any fibre-rich food, eating a lot in one sitting may have a laxative effect.

Can I give it to my kids?

If your child has a nut allergy, no, both bars contain peanuts and are made alongside tree nuts. For children without allergies, it's made from real food, with plant protein and fibre and nothing artificial. It's still a treat though, around 199 calories and 12g of sugar a bar, so treat it like one. Plenty of our pre-launch tasters' kids have happily demolished them. Use your judgement and read the label.

How is this different from other protein and snack bars?

Most bars make you choose: indulgent but processed, or clean but joyless. Feasted doesn't. It's real chocolate over a molten cherry or cookie dough centre, with 12g of plant protein and high fibre, sweetened mainly with dates instead of sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners, and made with no seed oils. Built to be craved, not endured. The honest part is on the back of the pack, and we're glad for you to read it.
